The Embassy provides National Identity Card renewal services for Maldivian citizens residing in Japan in coordination with the Department of National Registration of the Maldives and the Maldives' Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

To apply for the service please download and complete the following two forms and submit them to the Embassy together with all the necessary supporting documentation listed in the forms.
